Our family has its bee garden from 1970 s. Until 2000 we produced mainly bee products that had demand in the local markets. After 2000, because of the new demands we started to widen the proceeding our bee products (cosmetic creams, ointments, alcohol and alcohol free drinks). Now Pomir Asal offers a range of products made with natural ingredients, including honey from the Pamir Mountains, propolis, royal jelly, beeswax, pollen, bee-bread and other bee products.
The advantage of our products is that we use only organic products, medicinal plants, and natural ways of proceeding. One type of product that we produce base on bee wax is verity of candles. All our candles are handmade of 100% beeswax. They are environmentally friendly. They do not produce smoke or soot and burn with a bright flame similar to sunlight in the Pamir Mountains.
We practice only natural ways of treatment of bees. Moreover, our bee-garden is situated at the altitude of more than 2500 m; there sown areas border with the area where wild medicinal plants grow and it is in this area that honey bees collect nectar.
In general, our business is relying on three things:
1. Using pure (free from chemical stuff) component for our products
2. Having bee-products as base
3. Being open to expanding the range of our products.
In 2012 in Cambodia Pamir Asal got an award for demonstrating outstanding entrepreneurial spirit.
