Hand-made in Kyrgyzstan by the Altyn Kol Cooperative, this bag is constructed in the style, methods, materials and traditions of Shyrdak felt rugs. The items feature rectangular design with two thin short handles. The bag is decorated with Kyrgyz traditional ornaments. Inside there is only one big compartment with no pockets. Made from natural felt the bag is very original, handy and durable.

Felt is made from local Kyrgyz wool through repeated hand-pressing. Together with Yurts, mountains and nomadic traditions, Felt is an iconographic material that makes up the literal fabric of this stunning country.
