Make something D E L I C I O U S
Ingredients:
- 2 cups rice
- 1.5 cups water
- 14 oz. can of coconut milk
- 1 Tbsp shredded coconut, sweetened
- 1 Tbsp butter
- 1 teaspoon salt
Directions:
- Before cooking, rinse rice in cold water and drain
- Place washed rice in a saucepan with water, coconut milk and salt
- Set pan over high heat and bring to a boil
- Stir in butter and shredded coconut
- Reduce heat to a low and cover lid to let simmer for 30 minutes
- Remove from heat and let stand for 5 minutes, covered
- Fluff with a fork and serve
