  • This is Alebipoorum from Ghana.

    She is the talented artisan behind your favorite Bolga Baskets. Alebipoorum has mastered the art of weaving over 20 years. She crafts these baskets meticulously by hand.

    With the introduction of Fair Trade, Alebipoorum is able to save enough money in the rural bank to ensure education for her children. She loved seeing her photo with the basket that she crafted so much that she asked our photographer for a physical copy for herself!
